Ring Video Doorbell Pro, getting hot causing a short-circuit

Hello,My Video Doorbell Pro seems to get crazy. It was working ok before, but now, after pressing the button, it make the Chime ring, but then the Doorbell get verry hot, taking over 1,5A from the Power source and not doing anything. If i reset the power source, the doorbell works again untill somebody presses the button again. Did anybody had the same issue and did anybody manage to find the defect ?
