Ring Video Doorbell Pro - 3 red lights
My video pro doorbell rings when you press the button but there are now three LEDs illuminated below the round button. I can't find any mention of these LEDs online. But the camera isn't coming online and there is no announcement in my house saying someone is approaching my door. I've had this for two years and it's worked fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @TornadoT. The three red LEDs that you're seeing are for the night vision, which will come on whenever the Doorbell's view is dark enough. What are you seeing on your end when you try to access the Live View? Are the events being recorded in the Event History properly? Oftentimes, a reset and a fresh setup of the Doorbell will correct any concerns with its performance. You can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. From there, you'll want to follow the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring App to get it back up and running. :)
