Hello, Just bought the doorbell wired to change currently battery doorbell. The issue i thought it was just connect to wired but it seems to come with transformator to change 240v to 24v and its huge so i have no idea where to hide it. The question, is it any way to skipp the trans with another model from Ring ? Since the house was newbuild it was mounted a battery ring doorbell so no wire is there, my idea was to drill throw the wall in to house and connect it to switch there from behind.

Hi @user30751. One option would be to use the [Plug-In Adapter Gen 2](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-plugin-adapter-gen-2). This compact power source is adequate for a Ring Pro 2. I hope this is helpful.
