Ring Video doorbell 4 hardwired/battery - white “standby/night” light not lighting up anymore

I have had a Ring Video doorbell 4 hardwired/battery installed for about a month. I just noticed tonight that the white light is no longer on. The battery is at 90%, and as mentioned it is hardwired as well and getting proper voltage. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the temperature plays a factor. I am in Ontario, Canada. When the it drops below a certain temperature, does the white standby light turn off? The device still works normally, when pressed it turns blue, and there doesn’t seem to be issues with the app for the device. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    I have the exact same problem with my video doorbell 4. Its batteries are over 90%. It is hardwired with the proper voltage. However, I have never been able to have it function with a night light feature. I cannot believe that it does not have a feature like old original, classic doorbells all had. How are supposed supposed to see it at night? I am new to this Community and cannot find an answer, despite the fact that a similar post was made a year ago.

          I have exactly the same problem and doorbell non responsive did you get yours working again or is this dead
