Hello, I’ve had my ring doorbell for two years now. Six days ago it lost connection to Wi-Fi. It gets to 95% and says it can’t reconnect. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting options provided by ringing. They have all failed so far. My network hasn’t changed or even had a software update in two years. I erased my router settings to default. Confirmed im on my 2G network. Restarted my ios device. Tried using other ios devices. Created a guest 2g network for the doorbell only. Reset the doorbell to default. At this point nothing has worked. Im expecting a solution from Ring Support. Thank you

    Hi @user_8537c3. We're able to assist with general troubleshooting tips and tricks here on the Ring Community, though you've already tried a lot of the steps I would have suggested. One other suggestion I have if you're working with a battery powered Ring Doorbell is to try bringing it close to the router for a better connection. If your wifi password has a special character in it, also try removing that. The special character can sometimes cause issues with connecting. Lastly, verify that the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your network, and change the router channel to a less busy one.
