Ring video doorbell 2020 faceplate
My video doorbell 2020 is starting to have issue with the faceplate. Is it possible to change it?

Thank you for these image examples, @C3mtl! The Video Doorbell 2020 Release has a built-in battery and fixated faceplate, which we do not advise removing. We've seen neighbors clean or restore the exterior part of their Ring devices, however, in this case our support team may have further solutions for you. While these are made to withstand the elements, extreme weather or harsh climate/ environmental conditions are always good to consider when mounting.
