Ring Video Doorbell 1st Generation- won’t detect 5G Wifi Network
Hello, I have installed a Ring Video Doorbell 1st generation at one of my properties. During installation on the app only my 2g wifi network was detected, although I also have a 5g wifi network. Would my 5g wifi network work with my Ring Video Doorbell 1st generation? If so, how would I configure my video doorbell to use that network instead? Thanks!

Hey @Alexiss127. The Ring Video Doorbell is only compatible with a 802.11 b/g/n wifi connection @ 2.4GHz. The Doorbell will be unable to connect to your 5.0 Ghz network. Hope this helps! :)
