Ring video door bell 2 way audio sounds like robots

I Have a Ring door bell. everything works fine, but however if i try and talk back it sounds like Robots and you cannot what i am saying, this is only happening when i use the app on windows 10 via my PC. If i use my phone the talk back works fine, So this is obviously a windows 10 compatibility issuse since a software update, either on ring or windows 10, update. I have used 2 different Mic's in different configuration, nothing has made any difference. i tried uninstalling software and reinstalling, no difference. Is anyone else having this issue when using talk back. What is the solution.
