Ring pro stopped working

troubleshooting

Was fine for almost a year. Stopped working. Reset button doesn’t work. Reattached wires. Worked for about a week then stopped working again this weekend.

I am having the same exact issue. Mine was working fine and now it is completely dead. Did you get it resolved?

Hi, Did anyone resolve this? My reset button also does not work. I have pressed it, held it down for 15, 20, 30 seconds, but nothing happens. The light stays on and does not change. It is hardwired in.
