hello everyone I have a big problem with my ring pro 1gen, their first installation it worked correctly and then it started blinking blue at the top not in white it's good color blue at the top, and I can't even use it after reset it does the same. thank you in advance

Hi @Ichkhan. What is the voltage rating of the transformer that this Ring Pro is hardwired to? If there is not adequate power, it could cause the symptoms you are describing, If possible, please share a picture of the Ring Pro while the light is blinking. Thanks, neighbor.
