Ring Pro and with Nutone
Hello everyone, I am trying to setup a new Ring Pro with a chime that is in a Nutone intercom. I don't have the model or anything because it only says Nutone on the cover. My issue is I do not know where to connect the power pro kit v2. I attached a photo of the inside of the intercom for reference. I connected the Ring Pro to the doorbell connection already but there is no power, so I am thinking either it is because the kit is not installed or I would have to check the transformer. I am very new at this but any help is appreciated. TIA Tony

Hi @Tonyy228. You'll need to make sure that your chime kit is compatible with the Doorbell Pro, which you can check on our chime kit compatibility list [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/209028546-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List). If it is not compatible, it will not work properly. The Ring Video Doorbell Pro is not compatible with wireless bells or any bell/intercom system using a DC transformer. You can find instructions on how to install the pro power kit [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208267686-Installing-the-Ring-Pro-Power-Kit-with-your-Existing-Doorbell).
