Ring Peephole Camera Black Screen

So, this is my 2nd Peephole camera. The other one works fine, but when I installed this 1, all I get is a black screen. What’s weird is that during setup, the ring light never spun, yet the chime pro recognized the device. All I see is a black screen. Please advise.
