I keep getting dropped from ring! Not only can I not access my ring when I scroll through notifications of neighbors posts and history I get dropped! This is unacceptable!
Hi @Jorena43. Can you please clarify what you mean when you say you're getting dropped from Ring? Is the Ring App crashing, or are you not able to access the Live View? If you're having problems with the Live VIew, I would suggest starting with our Community Post on Live View concerns [here](https://community.ring.com/t/live-view-not-activating-and-connecting-troubleshooting-tips/249). If you're having problems with the RIng App crashing, I'd suggest making sure your phone's OS is updated first and foremost. Then uninstall the Ring App, restart your phone, and reinstall the Ring App. This will ensure both your phone's OS and the RIng App is fully updated.
