Ring doorbell won’t power up hardwired or through usb port

Hi, My Ring will not power up after a recent power failure. Voltage is good at door with 24v transformer. Tried charging through USB port on unit and still won’t light up.

Hi, although it sounds like you maybe have a RVDB1 (usb port) it's worth detailing which model you have. I guess you have left it plugged into usb power for a few hours before trying the setup? Is it completely dead?
