Ring doorbell wont charge

My ring doorbell wont charge, the light is just constantly spinning. When i try doing what it says on the app by pressing the orange button nothing happens theres no slinning white light ?

Hi @user46267. What specific doorbell model do you have? Is this hardwired to your in-home chime kit? I would suggest pressing and holding the orange button for at least 20 seconds to perform a reset on the doorbell. This should cause the doorbell to enter Setup Mode. The doorbell will notify you it is in Setup Mode by voice, and a spinning white light.
