Ring doorbell wired camera installation

Ring website says, they offer Free Professional Installation with the purchase of security devices such as Ring Wired Door Bell. It asks you to purchase first and then wait for an email with a "promo code" for this Free Installation. Well, after purchasing the device, I have been waiting for the email with promo code or next step information for getting this "supposedly" free installation service by OnTech. The email never came!! I just spent an hour speaking with a customer service agent. He finally sent me a promo code for this, but the email said, this code was for 35% discount on new device purchases!! The link in that email takes me to OnTech website where they are going to charge me $159.99 for the installation service! There is NO place to insert the promo code that the customer service rep just sent!  @Ring people, you are just making your customers lives difficult. Your marketing promotion is misleading.
