Ring doorbell pro solid white

Question

I have a ring doorbell pro it has a wire kit that plugs into a socket. I unplugged it the other day and since then hasn't work says off line iv uninstall it but I can reconnect it. If u press it it ring but when u try to scratch or device it comes up solid white doesn't spin... advice needed

Hi @Lisa79. For this concern, you might want to try resetting the Doorbell Pro completely by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After resetting the Doorbell Pro, you'll want to follow the steps under Set Up a Device to get it reconnected to wifi and make sure it's all up and running.
