I have a Ring Pro 2 Doorbell and for quite some time I can’t hear people speak to me. All I hear is an echo of myself. I went through all the troubleshooting steps I could think of. I made sure it’s updated. I watched the recording and same thing, all I hear is myself speaking to them as an echo but nothing from them. My microphone settings are all on. I tried listening from the speaker as if I was on a phone call, nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @user_e87bb1. When you activate the Live View, make sure you tap the speaker icon to hear what's happening at the Doorbell. If you have access to a different smartphone or tablet, turn the volume up and then try testing the Live View on there. This can narrow down if the issue is with the Doorbell itself, or with your phone.    If the problem persists on another device, try rebooting the Doorbell using the reboot option on the Device Health page. This should only take a few moments. Once that's done, test the Live View audio again.
