Ring doorbell solar panel not charging after 5 years in service - how do I get a replacement

I have had my ring doorbell and solar charging mounting panel for at least 5 years and have spare batteries. The doorbell is not charging and I have to keep replacing doorbell battery. There has and continues to have good sunlight on the solar panel, being south facing. I pay for the ‘Protect Plan’ with extended warranty and believe the solar panel is at fault. Everything is connected correctly as nothing has changed and I have cleaned the panels to remove dirt on them. How do I get the door panel unit replaced?
