Hi, My gen1 Ring DB is stuck in black and white mode. I tried a number of suggestions (flashlight, rebooting, etc) and still no change. I've had the unit for 3 or 4 years and never had a problem until recently. Wifi signal is strong, battery is 100% and rssi is -57. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks

    Hi @user63431. I would make sure you completed a factory reset correctly by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds and then [reconnecting it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi).
