Ring Video Doorbell
ring doorbell pro voltage drop at night
Hello I am hoping someone can help me with a problem I am having with my ring doorbell pro. Recently installed by an electrican was setup and working fine around 9 at night door bell dies. Next morning I check and no power to the doorbell. Called electrican and he comes out unscrews the doorbell and it starts working. Continues to work until later that night. Next morning I take the doorbell transformer cover off and look at the [Pro Power Kit V2 ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005974466) doorbell starts working sometime during the night it stops working again. Again I take the cover off and move the [Pro Power Kit V2 ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005974466)and it starts working before I did that I check the voltage and it was saying low. All connection look good. Do I have a problem with the [Pro Power Kit V2 ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005974466) or the transformer. Seem like it is somehow reacting to the cold it is getting to around 45degree F at night but that does not make sense that moving the [Pro Power Kit V2 ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005974466)the next morning will get it back working. Any idea what is gong on is much apprecciated.
