Ring Doorbell Pro Not Reconnecting Wifi

My ring doorbell worked fine for a year. Now it will not reconnect to my wifi router. I have reset the doorbell multiple times, tried both DHCP and static IP/DNS, but it fails every time. I even tried a different wifi router. It shows the router with a full green signal. None of my other devices have any trouble connecting to the router. I am about ready to find a different brand since there seems to be no way to contact RIng about sending a replacement.
