Ring Doorbell Pro Issues

I have had my Ring doorbell for a couple of years and noticed some problems pop up:- Live view won’t load at all, but I get notifications via the Ring app when motion is detected.- I don’t have any “events” recorded since Friday. Potentially related is we had some absolutely horrible weather on Thursday night. Lightening strobing all night long and torrential rain.- When someone rings the doorbell, I notice a delay of a minute or two before I hear the chime- Wifi strength is good. Transformer voltage also shows good- I have deleted and reinstalled the app- Firmware appears to be up-to-date.- I tried rebooting the device from the Ring app. Nothing appears to be happening. Not sure if reboots don’t show or if it’s related to the issues above- I ordered the tool necessary to remove the security screw to try to locate the force restart button on the doorbell itself.Any thoughts on this?
