Ring doorbell not recording or showing live veiw

Ring doorbell is not recording motion and live view is unavailable. I have checked the signal strength is good, battery is fully charged and health check says all is good. I have rebooted my router also. Attached screen shot of what I see

Hi @frase75. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to take for your concern. You can also try [rebooting your Ring Doorbell from the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-) to see if that helps. If that fails, factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
