Ring doorbell not charging

Ive tried different plugs 12v 1.0am will not charge to allow me to view live had it fully charged and then hard wired it and it went down to 3%

    Hi @Porkdawg. Which model of Doorbell do you have and how are you charging it? If you have a Video Doorbell 2 or Video Doorbell 3 or 3 Plus, you'll want to make sure you're using the included charging cable on a standard home outlet and leaving the battery on the charger for at least 8 hours.
