How to view actual model number to my doorbell? Is ‘Wired Doorbell Plus/Video Doorbell Pro’ the best model to have? If not what is the next step up. I’m having a hard time with the video picture quality. Real delayed, grainy, and hard to see images sometimes. Even with excellent WiFi connectivity and perfect device health.

Hi @Jer1116. Wired Doorbell plus would be the model name of the Ring Doorbell you have. Delayed notifications and grainy video are typically due to a wifi issue, either signal or speed related. Do you have an example of the video quality you're seeing that you could share? What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page in the Ring app?
