Ring doorbell goes offline

My ring doorbell goes offline time to time even with RSSI below 60. I know I can reconnect it which I do everytime but why the ring doorbell doesn't do that itself. When I'm not home I can't reconnect it as I don't have access to it. This is causing serious security issues. Is there any plan to resolve this issue?

Hi @Alireza. I was able to find this [post](https://community.ring.com/t/doorbell-camera-consistently-going-offline/171206) where another neighbor had the same concern as you. There is a marked solution as well, which goes over what to try and what to do if those steps do not work.

Thanks Justin. I've changed my internet provider and thus my router. It's better now but if it happens again, I'll try the factory reset
