Ring doorbell firmware update makes video unusable!

A firmware update pushed by ring has made my ring doorbell pro video useless. I verified it was a firmware update by calling ring several times. The last one to help us rolled back our firmware and it fixed the video issue. I now can not use my video for anything because it does not see colors anymore. All video has a green hue. I can no longer show the police useful video. You can not distinguish colors meaning I can not even tell what color a vehicle passing by is. I have saved videos demonstrating that I used to be able too. RING FIX THIS NOW!!
