The blue light on the front of the ring will not turn off. I have tried the 20 sec reset. The light would shut off at 6 seconds then turn back on after I released the orange button.
Hi @DDmenke1, the reset that you referenced, is this pressing and holding down the setup button? If so, you're correct on pressing and holding it down, but you'll need to do it for 30 seconds in order to preform a full reset. By any chance, is the blue light on because it's online and recording you?
