Ring Doorbell 3 - No slider to adjust zones

I have a Ring 3 doorbell running off battery. When setting up motion zones, in the IOS app, there is no slider to adjust the zone distance. The only distances I can select is in the motion wizard when indicating how far I am from a road. I would like to have all my zones active, but I need to tweak them a little. Any advice on how to adjust the distance of motion zones?

Hi @KLM56. We have a great Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022462472-Utilizing-Motion-Detection-with-your-Ring-Battery-Devices) that goes over making adjustments to Motion Settings on your Ring Video Doorbell 3. Within the Motion Zone settings you will see a sensitivity slider, which is how you can gauge how close or far out your doorbell is looking. If you're not seeing these options, try removing the Ring app from your phone, powering your phone off and on, then reinstalling the Ring app. Then, sign back in and they should be available. Let me know if this helps!

Hi @sdstadel, happy to chime in for Tom here. You will have a sensitivity slider in the Ring App when editing your Motion Zones. Open the Ring App \> Main Menu \> Devices \> your Ring \> Motion Settings \> Motion Zones. If you're unable to adjust the sensitivity of your Motion Zones, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They can walk you through making this adjustment step by step and offer more advanced support. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.
