Ring doorbell 3 infrared lights
At night are my infrared lights suppose to always stay on or only come on when I view the live feed from the app? It is hardwired to my existing doorbell

Hi @EThompson81. At night time of whenever there is not enough light, the IR lights will come on whenever there is a Live View triggered or motion is detected. Sometimes I walk up to my Doorbell late at night and it will not turn on the lights until I am near, as the Doorbell has now turned on to record me coming home at this point, and needs the night vision to make out my body in front of the camera. Hope this helps! :)
