Ring Doorbell 3 bought in USA can be used in Argentina?
hardwired-video-doorbell

I bought a Ring Video Doorbell 3 here in the USA, I am planning on bringing it to Argentina. The Ring will be hardwire connected in place of the current doorbell. Argentina electric current is different from the USA, will that matter? Will it still work? In Argentina the standard voltage is 220 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. You cannot use your electric appliances in Argentina without a voltage converter, because **the standard voltage in Argentina (220 V) is higher than in the United States of America (120 V)** .

Hi @mbdonohue. Ring devices are designed to operate in a particular region and are not intended to be used or distributed outside of that region, due to differences in regulation, radio technology and frequencies. Use this link [here](https://latam-es.ring.com/pages/doorbells) to purchase a Ring Video Doorbell if you are in Argentina. I hope this helps! πŸ™‚
