Ring DoorBell 2 Live View not working

I started to have a problem with my Ring Doorbell 2. It has not been recording motion nor allowing live view. It has been stuck on "Activating Device"I have factory reset it and connected it to a new network, tried accessing live view through the multiple phones in the household and ring.com website.Firmware is up to date, Power status is good/hardwired, Signal Strength is RSSI -47Edit:Speed test by the doorbell is 171.3 mbps down and 154.3 up. Ping is roughly ~19ms
