  I have another question, how does ring doorbell 2 connect to an existing doorbell? is that I saw a video on how to connect to an existing doorbell and I didn't understand it very well. they only connected two wires to the ring those two wires are that ?

  Hi @pedroborges. The Video Doorbell 2 is not compatible with DC power, so it requires a transformer with a voltage of 8-24 VAC. You can find steps on how to physically install your Video Doorbell 2 with an existing doorbell in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003031706-How-to-Physically-Install-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-2-with-an-Existing-Doorbell). The two wires you see are the doorbell wires that are already there behind your existing doorbell. I hope that helps! :)
