Ring Doorbell 2 Constant Motion Alerts

I have turned the detection range down to the absolute minimum and the alerts to light and I still get a lot of alerts. After reviewing the footage it seems like they all start with the image below and then the image slowly comes back to normal. Does anyone have a solution for this.
