Ring doorbell 1 speaker not working,no sound through doorbell
Hi,my ring doorbell is not working, I can see people and hear them on my phone but they can't hear me talk back to them.

Hi @Moneymtp22. If you are pressing the green phone icon after pulling up the Live View and visitors are still unable to hear you, make sure you're speaking into the correct microphone on your phone. Some models of phones will have the microphones in different locations for when you are using the ph
