Ring door cam not picking up motion close to camera

My door cam is not picking up motion close to it have tried several different setting still same

Try reviewing the information in the Community Post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/caitlyn-s-guide-to-optimizing-your-doorbell-s-motion-detection/48107), where you'll find some great tips and tricks. Also, what is the RSSI for this device? That can be found in the Device Health section of the Ring app. If the RSSI is too low, try moving a WiFi access point closer to the Doorbell and attempting again.
