Ring door bell freezing on live view

My ring door bell keeps freezing for several seconds on live view but records the event in full. We have re-booted the device and deleted and re-installed the app but the problem is ongoing . Any advice thank you

Hi @user27655. This sounds like a network issue. What is the RSSI for you device? This information can be found in the Device Health section of the Ring app. A low RSSI can cause the concern you are having. To improve this, you'll need to move a WiFi access point closer to your Doorbell.
