Ring door bell discounting at roughly the same time every day

My ring door bell discounts every day around 10:45 untill around 19:00. I will still get notifications for motion and the chime will still work however the app will not record the motions and I am unable to go live. I have reset my router and I have reset the door bell and have not seen any difference. has anyone experienced anything like this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi @user_23324e. Is there a particular error message you receive when trying to view videos from the Event History, or activate the Live View? If you're receiving notifications for motion or when the Doorbell button is pressed, this would indicate that the Doorbell is online. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page?
