Ring Door Bell Camera

I'm here in Florida a little south of Tampa and I am trying to monitor my front door ring camera but it disconnects every 10 minutes or so and I have to reconnect. I am on the Ring basic plan. Is this normal? We are not in the evacuation zone in case you're wondering.

Hi @Rayj00. Live View will automatically time out after around 10 minutes. This behavior is intended. However, we do have some new features coming later this year, including Extended Live View on compatible devices. You can learn more in our announcement post.
