Ring chime pro flashing

Hi, my doorbell connects to my Ring Chime Pro unit, and the Ring Chime Pro is connected to my WiFi. everything says it's healthy, but the Ring Chime Pro "Ring" symbol is flashing blue quite fast. (can't post video, as .mov not supported), but have posted a photo collage. any ideas why please. there has been no power outage to the unit.

Could you try resetting the Chime Pro by pressing and holding the button on the side for 20 seconds (or pressing a pin into the small hole on the side for 20 seconds) to see if this helps?       Hi @chelsea\_ring This sent me back to initial setup, and worked after going through the set up process again. It’s now sowing a solid blue “Ring” Thanks
