Ring Battery No Longer Taking a Charge

My battery died like it always does in the cold weather. I left it for a few days then brought it in to charge. It will not take a charge. I have tried different outlets/usb ports and it does nothing. No light comes on or anything. The camera was purchased around 13 months ago. Has any one else experienced this and can offer any help?
