Ring App is trying to load Lights

This is a strange one. I have recently installed a Ring 3 Door Bell. This device is shared with my wife who has the Ring App installed on a Samsung Mobile. When orginally installed on my wife's Mobile everything worked as it should. We do not have any other Ring Products other than the Door Bell. When my wife opened the Ring App in Dash Board view yesterday, she saw a box next to the Event History which was labelled `Lights'. There was a rotating circle and a message which said `loading'. It appears that her Ring App was attempting to load some Lights. The Ring App then crashed after about 30 seconds. I logged onto her account using my Samsung Mobile and the same thing occured. When I logged back onto my account (main account holder) the Lights do not show. I then logged onto my wife's shared account on my Ipad. The Lights did not show up on this device. This error appears to only occur on the Samsung Mobiles. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Ring App on my wife's Mobile several timea and it has not cleared this issue. Any ideas how to resolve this problem?
