Ring app doesn’t sound when somebody at the doir

Hi my ring door bell works fine and sends images of anyone at the door to my iPhone however does not make any sounds to notify me that somebody is at the door. I have turned every possible notification on to ensure this happens, I have turned everything off and back on, I have reset my phone and ring door bell, I have reinstalled the ring app, I have reset the ring doorbell to my phone. In short I have tried everything possible to sort problem out but nothing works. The door bell is set up on 2 phones and iPad and all 3 stopped receiving sound notifications at the same time. I don’t know what else to do. I even phoned ring customer service and they didn’t know what to do either after trying everything mentioned above. Please help
