Ring 3 doorbell, how to reconnect without the QR code on the back

Question

Ring 3 door bell, was previously fixed to a post using adhesive, this subsequently removed the QR code sticker on the back of the door bell. Is there a way to connect to a new network without the QR code??

Hi @user35608. Do you still have the original packaging, or the quick start guide from the packaging? These should also have the QR code printed on them, as you do need the QR code in order to set up the Doorbell 3. If the Doorbell is already set up in the Ring app but disconnected from wifi, you can follow the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) to reconnect it to wifi.
