Ring 1 will not connect

Just trying to setup and it repeatedly fails. Any thoughts? I am using an Eero mesh network.

    Hi, Can you check what channel you wifi is using? The Ring 1 is restricted on the channels it can pick up. I think it only goes up to something like Channel 10 or something like that. I can't actually remember what the upper limit is an I could be wildly off. It's also only for 2.4GHz wifi. I hope you get it sorted.

      Thanks I still can't get it to connect. I am now trying to connect directly to the XFINITY wireless router on the 2.4 GHz band, Channel 7. No luck at all.
