Replacing a Ring Doorbell

Hi - I'm replacing a broken battery operated Ring Doorbell with a new Ring Doorbell Pro 2 (with power adaptor) My question is do I need to 'de-install' or 'de-register' my old one on the Ring App - or will it automatically replace in during the installation process? Also, will my yearly subscription transfer to the new bell? Thank You Mike
