Removing Plastic Cover from Video Doorbell

What is the size of the star screw in the bottom of the colored Ring Video Doorbell cover? I need to remove it to reset the doorbell after it lost connection to the Wi-Fi.

    Hey @SCG. The screw that is at the bottom is the special security screw that we designed to help prevent anyone from taking this. Therefore, you need a Ring made security screw driver to remove this screw, so you may need to b[uy an order of the spare parts for the Ring Pro here](https://shop.ring.com/collections/accessories/products/spare-parts-for-video-doorbell-pro), if you cannot find this screw driver. :)
