Hi @Nicnitro. If you're referring to the [Alexa Greetings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056161712-Alexa-Greetings) feature, you can disable this by following the steps outlined below:1. Open the Ring app2. Tap the three lines in the upper left-hand corner3. Tap **Devices**4. Select your Ring Video Doorbell Pro5. Tap **Smart Responses** tile6. Toggle **Alexa Greetings** offThis feature can also be toggled back on at any time in the same area of the Ring app. I hope this helps! :)
