Rapid Ring iOS App + Ring Pro = Echoing

Brand new Ring Pro just installed today. Everything looked good except when using Rapid Ring iOS app, I hear my own voice when I speak with someone during live video. This issue does not happen if I use the regular Ring app. I tested it using iPhone 11 Pro Max, 8 plus and 8 all running in iOS 13.2.3. I gave up and unistalled the Rapid Ring. Anybody else hs similar issue or any suggestion? I don't want to reset all over again.
